Job Description
We are looking for a polished and hands-on Senior User Experience Designer to join Wynn’s Digital Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about mobile app, web, on-premises kiosks, and technologies like Alexa that are used by millions of our guests. The focus of this job will be to improve upon our guests’ digital experiences without compromising the overall experience of the Wynn brand.
Senior UI/UX Designer responsibilities include competitive benchmarking, designing and building navigation components, and optimizing the efficacy of the experience of all our digital products. To be successful in this role, you should understand / empathize with customer and have experience with design software and wireframe tools.
Responsibilities Include
Collaborate with Product and IT to gather, document, and evaluate user requirements
Research, analyze and benchmark Wynn’s user experience against competitors and best practices while recommending improvements
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user/stakeholder feedback
Contribute and adhere to branding standards on fonts, colors and images
Present to stakeholders including senior executives
Collaborate with development throughout execution to answer questions and provide insight
Job Requirements
7+ years of Digital UI/UX definition and Design experience.
Hands on Experience in Designing and Developing UI/UX for Web – desktop and mobile , Mobile Native App, and tablet experiences
Knowledge of Responsive Design concepts and implementation
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Working / Hands-on wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Working/Hands on Design experience.
Design software expertise in programs like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc.
Must be an expert in conducting and analyzing User Tests
Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and stakeholders
Strong time-management skills
Previous start-up, agency, and/or consulting experience is a plus
